A rack tells you how an environment is actually run. Not how it is described in documentation, how it is run. Unlabelled patch leads, a PDU at eighty percent on one phase, a switch resting on a shelf because nobody had rails.
This library exists because the cost of fixing these things is small and the cost of not fixing them lands during an outage, at night, with someone unfamiliar holding a torch.

- Device and patch lead labelling against the documented naming convention
- Cable management, bend radius and airflow obstruction
- PDU load per phase and available headroom
- Power feed diversity and whether dual-supply devices actually use both feeds
- Rack mounting, rails and anything sitting where it should not be
- Earthing and bonding
- Spare capacity in rack units, power and cooling

Every check in Spectra Core carries its own evidence. These are the artefacts an auditor, insurer or board most often wants to see for this area.
- Front and rear photographs of each rack
- PDU load readings per phase
- Labelling convention document and photographic spot checks
Where this usually goes wrong
Dual power supplies plugged into the same PDU is one of the most common findings in the field, and it converts a redundant device into a single point of failure without anyone noticing.
