- What is the onboarding fee actually for?
- Account setup, tailoring the standards libraries to your environment, migrating anything you already track, and training your team. It is charged once, at signup, and it is covered by the 30-day guarantee.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month. Cancel from account settings or email support@spectracore.io, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You own it. On termination or written request we make your data available to export for 30 days. The full position is in the SaaS agreement.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Users, audits and standards libraries are unlimited. A two-person IT department and a twenty-person MSP pay the same.
